So delighted to be invited by our dearest friend Noddy to roast the Guest Espresso for Artista Prefetto. After having a discussion with Noddy regarding his preferred style, we've selected this Shoondisha for them to use as guest espresso for their black based coffee in the whole September.
Shoondhisa, a natural Ethiopian coffee from the hills of Shakiso, Guji — produced by @turewaji@sookoocoffee ,Sourced through our partners @ositocoffee. All florals and bright berries, wrapped in a lingering sweetness with jammy body reminiscent of orange blossom, blueberry and nectarine.
