Opened our first coffee shop in Hong Kong during a quiet summer—grounded in the belief that carefully crafted coffee could speak for itself with precision and clarity.
Post-2019
Introduced small, thoughtful desserts, delicately hand-shaped in-house to bring a moment of balance.
2021
Started our roasting journey—learning to honor the raw character of each bean, from origin to cup.
2022
Quietly closed the Hong Kong shop, ending that chapter with gratitude.

Carrying the work forward in the UK as a micro roaster—with the same hands, the same passion, learning to listen to what each batch has to say, and finding beauty in the everyday routine.
