Our Story

We opened our first coffee shop in Hong Kong in the summer of 2019. It was June. The days were long, the streets a little too quiet. The city felt half-asleep. We didn’t begin with grand intentions—just a simple belief: that coffee, done with care, could speak for itself.
From the start, we sought something precise, yet gentle. A kind of clarity. We looked for beans that told their own story. We chased consistency—not perfection, but honesty. In every cup, we hoped to hold a place, a mood, a pause in the day that felt almost like memory.
Desserts came later—small, thoughtful, hand-shaped things. Not loud, but present. Flavors we carried with us, shaped by places, people, and time. We made them because we wanted to share something unguarded. Something that felt real.
In 2022, we closed our shop in Hong Kong. There wasn’t much drama. Just the end of a chapter—like closing a book when the night gets too quiet.
But the thread continues, here in the UK—same hands, same questions, same quiet love for the work.
Coffee still makes sense to us. And sometimes, that’s all you need.

We are still learning how to listen to the cup. Still finding joy in the ordinary. And if you are here, perhaps you are too.
