Roasting and Resting

Roasting
Please considering our coffee is freshly roasted to order mostly. This means we begin roasting after receiving your order.

Sometimes beans may degased before dispatch.

Resting
We recommend brewing with beans that are at least two weeks off roast. All beans are roasted to peak flavour at around 4-8 weeks. Please allowing the beans to naturally rest and mature.
The coffees will maintain their vibrancy for at least 3 months before gradually losing some of their character due to oxidation.
